Yoghurt and Peach Muesli

Are you ready for a healthier diet change? Consider eating muesli for breakfast at least 2 to 3 times a week to cut some morning calories and help your digestion at the same timeMuesli is basically dry cereal made from whole oats, sliced nuts, dried fruits and wheat flakes. It is high in fiber, rich in antioxidants, and has a lot less sugar than your commercial cereals. Add more nuts and you have a good source of protein and omega-3 fatty acids. Usually mixed with milk or yoghurt, think overnight oats, it can be a delicious ready-to-go breakfast when you don’t have enough time to prep in the morning. Locally, we love the yoghurt from www.hollysmilk.com , it is slightly sweet and complements the more neutral taste of a healthy muesli. We love pairing it with a slice of peach or any available fresh fruits in your kitchen like apple or banana. A healthy portion of muesli is around 1/4 – 1/2 cup per serving.
