Prawn Molo Soup

This Filipino recipe of prawns and ground pork makes a delicious comfort food and a nice addition to your weekly menu. Leftover wrappers from making homemade siomai the other day (another recipe to be added here soon) was just sitting in the freezer and what better use for it than an easy molo recipe. We always have a good stock of frozen pork or chicken broth for instant recipes like this one ready to go. But of course, not all busy moms have frozen stock and may easily substitute your preferred canned broth or bouillon.
