Minatamis na Saging

Cool the summer weekends with this easy, sweet recipe using only 3 ingredients. We love making saging na saba into fried turon but when you run out of lumpia wrapper this is an even better alternative. Fruit desserts, like this minatamis na saging, are healthier, cheaper, and something kids too will love. Just make sure to use ripe bananas (not overripe) so you don’t end up with a mushy dessert. Serve over shaved ice, add some bottled macapuno, leche flan- and you got yourself a homemade Razon’s halo-halo.
